BOX FORMING
The box or tray is automatically formed and glued, starting from flat blanks. Various types of cardboard can be used, such as pressboard, lined and corrugated boards.

The box or tray is formed mechanically and pressure is also applied mechanically to the flaps to ensure a perfect seal when the box blank is glued. The glue is applied with a Nordson hot melt spray system.

The maximum forming speed is 50 boxes a minute.

PRODUCT INFEED
Numerous automatic feeding systems have been designed and built, for both in-line and 90-degree feeding, using either conveyor belts or buckets.
Special pick-up systems transfer the product from the belt or the buckets to the box formed at the previous station.

A special unit can also be fitted to insert the instructions leaflet in the box.

BOX CLOSING
The box is closed with mechanically-operated mobile folders which fold the side flaps and tuck in the last flap.

If required, the box can also be glue-sealed.

MAB B11 is a fully mechanical machine, ensuring precise functioning and long life. Products are also counted mechanically (gear ratio).
The forced, closed cycle lubrication system ensures minimum wear and maintenance.
