Horizontal cartoner

The Model B15 is an intermittent-motion horizontal cartoner with a robust mechanical structure. This unit is ideal for dealing with pre-glued cartons having various types of closure, such as: reverse tuck, aeroplane tuck, 4 flaps hot-melt or mixed closures: tuck-in/hot-melt or tuck-in/glue dots.

The mechanical speed is 80 cycles per minute (actual production speed depends on the characteristics and dimensions of the product to be cartooned).
Various types of automatic feeding units are available to accomodate different various types of products such as: bottles, vials (various shapes, sizes and materials), blisters, sachets, tubes, strips, trays and unwrapped and wrapped soap bars.

On request, the B15 cartoner can be fitted with insertion units for leaflets or booklets. The insertion units can be set up to feed a pre-folded or be adapted with a folding unit when working with unfolded leaflets. Other options include, a bar code reader for the carton and/or the instruction leaflet and inkjet, engraving or engraving/ink coding units.
B15 cartoner is ideal for use in production lines for the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and other industrial sectors.
Managed by a PLC, the cartoner features a touch-screen operator interface.
