Automatic Palletizer
The Model B30 palletizing unit which can accommodate either
European format pallets (800 x 1200 mm) or American format
pallets (1000 x 1200 mm) is available in three versions:
- B30/S (single): operates with a single pallet. Once filled,
the pallet is removed manually by the operator (the machine
stops and the products which arrive are accumulated on an
optional connection conveyor)
- B30/D (double) : features two pallet loading stations:
Pallets are automatically loaded in one station while completed
pallets are removed from the second station. Once pallet
loading is complete, the B30 automatically continues pallet
loading of the empty pallet.
- B30/D (double) : includes one automatic palletizing station
and one empty pallet storage station for the automatic changing
of the pallets. This unit features an out-feed roller conveyor
for discharging the filled pallets.
The Model B30 features a 4-axis pick and place unit that
allows 360 degree head rotation (optional). Depending on
the product in-feed rate, the pick and place device can be
equipped with either a single or multiple product pick-up
head.
The Model B30 includes a self-learning function that allows
the user to store and recall various palletising schemes.
The control systems features a touch-screen operator interface
PC.
The Model B30 offers the following options:
- Filled pallet height : up to 2000 mm (pallet included)
dependant on product size and the palletizing scheme required
- In-line or at 90 degree product in-feed (for B30/S and
B30/D versions)
- In-line, 90 degree or central product in-feed (for B30/D
version only)
- Unit for the automatic feeding of a separator between the
product layers (for B30/D version only)
- 360-degree pick-up head rotation
- Removable electrical cabinet to be located as required
by the user
