Capsule filler
Output: 6.000, 12.000, 24.000, 48.000 capsules/hour; it
is possible to increase machine output by simply adding some
elements to the machine main units.
Can handle all capsule sizes from 000 to 5, including tamper-proof
capsules.
It can dose: powders, pellets, tablets, microtablets, herbs,
liquids.
Different dosing units can be fitted to the machine at the
same time thus offering an extremely wide range of product
dosage combinations.
Equipped with a control panel with type coloured graphic "touch-screen" display.
It is available in a version suitable for Research and Development
Laboratories, where the results of the tests carried out
on the machine can be transferred directly to the production
area.
On request, it can be equipped with an industrial PC with
colour monitor with Windows NT and an operator-friendly interface
to control machine functions.
On request, MG FUTURA can be equipped with the Mod. SWC
weight inspector for filled capsules.
Remarks: it is available the version for a speed up to 96.000
capsules/hour only to dose from one to four different kinds
of pellets into the same capsule.
