Capsule filler.
Output: up to 140,000 capsules/hour.
Can handle all capsule sizes from 00 to 5, including tamper-proof
capsules.
G140 can dose powder, pellets, microtablets, tablets or
a combination of these as follows: powder/tablet, pellets/tablet,
microtablets/tablet.
Equipped with an industrial PC with colour monitor with
Windows NT and an operator-friendly interface to control
machine functions.
On request, it can be fitted with the following weight control
systems:
- Mod. SWC/S automatic capsule sampling weight check with
machine stop.
- Mod. SWC automatic capsule weight control with automatic
adjustment of the dosing chambers without machine stop.
- Mod. NETT net weight control of all the filled capsules
built into the capsule filler.
The machine can also be subsequently transformed to produce
up to 140,000 capsule/hour.
When fitted with SWC or NETT, it can be connected to a computerised
supervision system.
A “lights out” version can be obtained by adding
certain optional devices.
