Output: 6.000, 12.000, 25.000, 50.000 capsules/hour.
It is possible to increase machine output by simply adding
some elements to the machine main units.
PLANETA doses the following: powder, pellets of up to 4
differents types, tablets, microtablets, liquids and any
number of combinations of these.
Can handle all capsule sizes from 000 to 5, including tamper-proof
capsules.
Equipped with an industrial PC with colour monitor with
Windows NT and an operator-friendly interface to control
machine functions.
On request, it can be fitted with the following weight control
systems:
- Mod. SWC/S automatic capsule sampling weight check with
machine stop.
- Mod. SWC automatic capsule weight control with automatic
adjustment of the dosing chambers without machine stop.
- Mod. NETT net weight control of all the filled capsules
built into the capsule filler.
When fitted with SWC or NETT, it can be connected to a computerised
supervision system.
Optional devices can be fitted to this machine to make it
suitable for "lights out operatioins".
On request, PLANETA can be pre-arranged to be upgraded at
a later date to an operating speed of 100.000 capsules/hour.
