In 2016 we acquired an MG America capsule filler. Our team of 4 went to Fairfield, New Jersey for training. Training was a great experience, and we learned a lot. The equipment actually do what they are designed to do and work effectively with precision because of the sophisticated gear system in these machines. When we have any issues, MG’s engineers always get it resolved timely either on the phone or via video chat. They are knowledgeable, available and willing to come to our facility when necessary. Our experience was excellent.

Over the last two years, we have worked very closely with MG America to upgrade our MG2 G140 encapsulator. The MG America team has always been accommodating, professional, and proactive. We recently completed control and networking upgrades on our encapsulator. The documentation by MG2 is the best we have seen. On several occasions, MG America has expedited electronic and mechanical parts to our site to resolve production downtime. It has been an absolute pleasure working with MG America.
