Claudio Radossi

President

In July of 2022, Claudio Radossi was named President of MG America by the Board of Directors at MG2 in Bologna, Italy. From 1995-2015, Mr. Radossi had served as MG America’s Director of Sales, before departing to take on a seven-year engagement as President and owner of EMSE Corporation, a leader in medical air and vacuum systems for healthcare facilities. Mr. Radossi graduated from Farleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. In his current position as President of MG America, Claudio provides strategic and operational direction as well as sales leadership for both the processing and packaging divisions.

Michele Leonardi

Sales Manager
Packaging Division

Michele Leonardi began his career in 2004 with Marchesini in Italy as a Product Manager, supporting worldwide sales for strip-packing and end-of-line equipment. Promoted to Area Manager in 2007, he was responsible for sales of an even broader machinery portfolio in the Asia Pacific region, while still supporting strip-packing equipment sales worldwide. In 2009, he moved to the US as a Regional Sales Manager. Michele then joined MG America in 2012, as Sales Manager for the Packaging Division. Since his arrival, the company’s range of solutions and industry reputation for providing premier packaging equipment continue to grow year-over-year. Michele Leonardi is a graduate of the University of Bologna in Italy, with a degree in Business and Economics.

Stan Matthews

Sales Manager
Processing Division

Stan Matthews has more than three decades of experience in the pharmaceutical processing industry, beginning with 10 years in the electrical engineering department at Stokes/Merrill. In 2000 he joined Fette America as a Regional Sales Manager. In 2001, he took a position with IMA North America in their Active Division, first as a Regional Sales Manager and then in 2006 he was promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing. Stan became part of the MG America team in 2013 by taking the position of Sales Manager for the company’s Processing Division where he oversees the ongoing growth of the company’s line of capsule filling, tableting and material handling equipment. Stan Matthews is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Business and Electrical Engineering.
